Lightning Break

Overview: Any Lightning Break user will experience a feeling of being tired more often and their fingertips show a pulsing like electricity beneath the skin. User have all reign over the electric-element. Depending on the user, they might find it difficult to do things without putting a electrical current into something. [Beginner] -Lightning Touch The user is capable of electrifying people and objects with a mere touch of the hand. Depending on the user, the electrical current can either simply stun the victim or possibly knock them entire unconscious. Progression of this ability could kill something or someone. This also could be used to jolt someone's heart or revive dead nerves. -Electric Shot Discharge electric plasma or bullets from the hands. -Electrical Manipulation User can create, shape and manipulate electricity, a form of energy resulting from the existence of charged particles (such as electrons or protons) which give the user control over electric fields, lightning, electric charges, electric currents, electronics, and electromagnetism. [Intermediate] Pulse Infusion User with this ability can conduct all forms of electricity through their bodies, created or not, making them totally invulnerable to electricity, no matter the voltage. They can also discharge electricity through conductive media (metal, water, etc.). They may need to recharge if used too often. Ionization: the user can create plasma that they can use as a ionized air channel/medium for to allow electric current to flow through, thereby creating electricity. They can tap into a variety of different energies, even cause certain ionization to produce positive electricity. They can also ionize different types of metal to create more efficient weapons. -Radiation User can create, shape and manipulate radioactivity, the process by which a nucleus of an unstable atom loses energy by emitting particles of ionizing radiation. A material that spontaneously emits this kind of radiation, which includes the emission of energetic alpha particles, beta particles, and gamma rays, is considered radioactive. [Mastered] -Subatokinesis The user can manipulate subatomic particles to achieve a variety of effects and manipulate matter at the subatomic level. -Electric Field Manipulation The user can control all electric fields, the force that hold atoms together within objects, machines and/or a field that surrounds and dwell in a person/being. They can generate electrical fields of their own to form tangible force-fields and many other feats or negate existing electric fields. Electric fields may exist as the bio-electric fields that form the aura of a person/being, flow through their nervous system and/or as an intrinsic field. -The Bright Storm The user is capable of discharging destructive electrical energy that flows through the air negating all resistance that may be received from air or space. The destructive electrical energy is capable of destroying an entire an area.
