Placeholder. For now, until the game begins to fill up, apps will be indefinitely open. When we begin to get more members, apps will change to once a week and if we're lucky enough to get a whole ton of members, apps will switch to once a month and stick to that for the rest of the game's tenure. The game officially opens for play on June 1st. Reserves are indefinitely open as long as the apps are.
